# Administrative Fees

In order to improve the quality of our services and to meet your support requirements on time, we are introducing administrative fees for some of our support tasks. The newly added fees will take effect from today, January 19th 2021, onwards and will be as follows:


1. Adding/Changing IPv4 address: **$2 per IP**
2. Direct cPanel to cPanel migrations*: **$25 per service**
3. Promotional Plan Upgrades: **$5 per plan**
4. Restore a destroyed server from a backup/snapshot (if enabled): **$10 per service**
5. Billing Changes: **$5 per plan**
6. Manual Website Migration: **Website migration fees varies from case to case. Please [contact our support](https://app.cloudcone.com/support/list) to get a quotation.**
