# Configure my email box on Outlook 2016

Configuring your CloudCone hosted mailbox on Outlook 2016 can be done in a few easy steps, this article will help you in getting it configured.

1. Open Outlook in your PC
2. Enter your email address and click on _Advanced options_ , check the box as shown below and click _Connect_

3. In the **Choose account type** page, choose **IMAP**,

4. Enter your IMAP account settings, then click _Next_
* Incoming mail server: **https://server.cloudcone.email/** Port: **993** Encryption Method: **SSL/TLS**
* Outgoing mail server: **https://server.cloudcone.email/** Port: **587** Encryption Method: **STARTTLS**


5. Enter your password for your hosted email account and click _Connect_
