# How to accept a service transfer from another CloudCone account

If you have received a **service transfer token**, follow this guide to use the token and accept a service transfer through our self-service transfer feature!

### Steps to accept a service transfer from another CloudCone account

1. **Log in** to your [CloudCone panel](https://app.cloudcone.com/)
2. **Click** on your profile icon in the top header menu.
3. **Access the Profile and Settings page** from the drop-down menu.

4. In the **Profile and Settings** page, scroll down to the ** "Other Settings" ** section

5. Expand the **Service Transfers** drop down by clicking on it

5. Here, you can paste the token received from the transferring account and click on the green ** "Continue" ** button

||| Transfer tokens are only valid for 24 hours. If the token expires a new token will need to be generated. 

6. You will be redirected to a page to review the details of the transfer. Here you can see the service configuration, hostname, unpaid invoices etc.

||| Unpaid invoices will be transferred to the new user along with the relevant service and will be the new users responsibility.

7. After reviewing, click on the blue ** "Accept Transfer" ** to proceed

8. In the pop-up window, click on the blue ** "Yes, accept transfer button " ** to finalize the transfer.

Once completed, you can find the transferred service in your CloudCone panel.
