# How to Add a Signature to your Emails in Webmail?

This article will guide you on setting up a signature to appear at the bottom of emails you compose in Webmail.

1. Open the _settings_ panel of your mailbox by clicking the gear icon on the left side menu.

2. Select **Identities** and select the identity/account you need to set the signature for.

3. In this window, you can set up your signature as required.

4. When finished click **Save** at the bottom of the window
