# My Account Confirmation Link Doesn’t Work

If you're having trouble clicking the link sent to your email during signup, this article will help you out

After signing up on CloudCone.com you will receive a link to verify your account and the email associated to it.

If the link on the email doesn't work, the following steps will help you request another verification email.

1. Visit https://app.cloudcone.com/login/forgot
2. Enter your email which you used while registering on our platform
3. Click on the "Request" button
4. Once that is done, you will receive a new email along with your login link
