How to accept a service transfer from another CloudCone account
If you have received a service transfer token, follow this guide to use the token and accept a service transfer through our self-service transfer feature!
Log in to your CloudCone panel
Click on your profile icon in the top header menu.
Access the Profile and Settings page from the drop-down menu.
In the Profile and Settings page, scroll down to the "Other Settings" section
Expand the Service Transfers drop down by clicking on it
Here, you can paste the token received from the transferring account and click on the green "Continue" button
Transfer tokens are only valid for 24 hours. If the token expires a new token will need to be generated.
You will be redirected to a page to review the details of the transfer. Here you can see the service configuration, hostname, unpaid invoices etc.
Unpaid invoices will be transferred to the new user along with the relevant service and will be the new users responsibility.
After reviewing, click on the blue "Accept Transfer" to proceed
In the pop-up window, click on the blue "Yes, accept transfer button " to finalize the transfer.
Once completed, you can find the transferred service in your CloudCone panel.
