How to create a Ticket

You will be able to raise a ticket to our sales or support teams by following this simple guide.


*Raising a ticket ensures that the issue you have is informed directly to the relevant team and the resolution of the issue will proceed swiftly!*Please maintain one single issue per ticket.


Please do not create multiple tickets regarding the same issue since it will only result in delays due to all information not being under the same ticket, multiple team members taking action that cause further issues.


Steps to create a new Ticket:


  1. Log in to your CloudCone panel
  2. Go to the Support tab in the top navigation menu.



  1. Select 'Support Tickets' from the options.



  1. Click on the "Create New Ticket" button.



  1. Select the relevant option from the drop down to direct your ticket to the correct department.



  1. Add a suitable subject and provide as much details as possible regarding the issue you are facing. Add screenshots if possible.

Don't forget to select the service you are experiencing the issue with from the "Related Instance" dropdown.


  1. Once the data is entered, click on the "Open Ticket" button to create the ticket.



Tickets are handled in the order they are received. You can track progress in the Support Tickets section.
