How to request an IPv4 change on cloud servers

If your IPv4 is inaccessible in your region*, you may request for an IPv4 change for your cloud server (SC2 or VPS) by following this simple guide

*This IP change request is only for issues where the IP is inaccessible from your region. It does not apply to IP blacklists, third-party service blocks, etc..

Steps to Request an IP Change:

Log in to your CloudCone panel
Navigate to the relevant cloud server's management page.
Access the Networking tab in the left navigation pane.

Submit your request by clicking the red "IP Change Request" button.

Click on the Request IP change for $2 button on the pop up to confirm your request.

IPv4 changes cost $2 per change. You can request an IP change once every 3 days per server. Your request will be declined if the IP is accessible from all locations, as verified by ping.pe.

If your account has sufficient balance, your request will be submitted, and you'll be redirected to the ticket created for our Operations team to process your request.

IP change requests are handled in the order they are received. You can track progress in the Support Tickets section.

Once your IP change is completed, the new IP information will be provided in the created ticket.

By following these steps, you can efficiently request an IP change whenever your IPv4 becomes inaccessible in your region. Our team is here to ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible. Remember to check your support ticket for updates, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
