Re-install your Dedicated Instance

If anytime you wish to install a fresh OS onto your Dedicated Server, you can follow this simple guide.

Note that this step is irreversible and will permanently erase all the data! It is advisable that you have backed up your data before proceeding.

To rebuild your server you can follow these steps in order,

Log in to the CloudCone panel at https://app.cloudcone.com/
Navigate to the Dedicated page from the top menu.
Access the server management page by clicking on the Manage button of your server.
Then select Re-install from the left side navigation menu.

On the Re-install page, enter the operating system you want to install on your server and enter any notes needed. Then, click the Re-install OS button.

A pop-up window will then show, asking you to confirm. If yes, click Yes, re-Install.

A ticket will be created to our support team who will then pass it on to our Data Center to process.

Once your server is re-installed with the selected operating system, the support team will notify you on your ticket 😀
