Configure my email box on Outlook 2013
Configuring your CloudCone hosted mailbox on Outlook 2013 can be done in a few easy steps, this article will help you in getting it configured.
- Open Outlook in your PC
- Add a new account in Outlook, in Auto Account Setup page, please choose Manual setup or additional server types, then click Next
- In the Choose Service page, choose POP or IMAP, then click Next
- Fill up the form with your hosted email account information, then click More Settings ...
- Your Name: your full name
- E-mail Address: your hosted email address
- Account Type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: server.cloudcone.email
- Outgoing mail server: server.cloudcone.email
- User Name: your hosted email address
- Password: password of your hosted email address
- After you click More Settings, A window will pop-up. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and enter the settings as shown below.
- Then, switch to the Advanced tab and enter the settings exactly as shown below.
Great! That's it. Your account is setup and ready to use!
