CloudCone Mail offers a fully functional hosted mail solution for your domains, setting it up and getting started on CloudCone Mail are a few easy steps. This article will guide you on setting up your first Mail Organization along with your first email domain.

Organization Structure

The product you order is called a mail organization, the product specifications apply to this organization.

• Under an organization you can have any number of domains
• Under each domain you can have any number of email accounts (mailboxes)

Setup a Mail Organization

1. Choose the plan you prefer, and click on setup solution
2. You will be directed to enter more details

3. On the Name text field, you can type in your organization's name
4. On the Domain text field, you can type in the first mailbox domain i.e cloudcone.com
5. Click on Create Organization to finish setting up the organization

Finally, you will be prompted with a page showing you to place necessary DNS settings in order to finalize the setup process, once the DNS has been added, it will take about 12 - 24 hours for the DNS to fully propagate.
