How to transfer a service to another CloudCone account

Follow this guide to easily transfer a service that you own to a different CloudCone user account through our self service transfer feature!

Steps to transfer your service to another CloudCone account



Log in to your CloudCone panel
Navigate to the relevant management page.
Access the Billing tab in the left navigation pane.




Under Transfer Ownership click on the red 'Generate Transfer Token' button.



In the pop-up window, click on the blue 'Yes, continue' button to generate the token and send it to your email inbox.



Transfer tokens are only valid for 24 hours. Within this time the other user will need to accept the transfer from their account to complete the transfer. If the token expires you will need to generate a new token.

Once you receive the service transfer token to your email, you can share this with the other CloudCone user to accept the transfer from their account.

Cancelling a service transfer request



Once a service transfer token is generated, you can view the pending transfer and validity period in the billing tab as shown in the screenshot below.



Click on the red "Cancel Transfer" button to cancel the transfer and invalidate the token.
